Another chapter completed for a long-standing client. Having originally placed the senior bridging facility and the mezzanine finance to acquire this block of 9 flats, we've now handled the exit as well.
Coordinating everything into a single day of completion took some doing. Both bridge lenders had to be redeemed, and 8 of the flats were placed across three separate mortgage lenders on the new side. A title split also completed on the same day, moving each unit onto its own leasehold.
Clean exit for the client, and the flats now individually financed.
