Sharing a recent completion, this one a deal seen through from acquisition to exit on a ground-up development for a client who has been building out an impressive portfolio.
We funded the site through a bridging facility for the development phase, giving the client the capital to take the project from bare land through to a completed, income-producing asset. The build itself is a real credit to the client, who has delivered a first-class finished product.
We have now placed the exit onto a long-term BTL mortgage. The refinance cleared the bridge and released additional capital, which the client is deploying into the next acquisition as they continue to grow the portfolio.
