Another deal seen through from acquisition to exit, this one on a property in Oxfordshire.
We first supported the client with a bridging facility to acquire the property, giving them the speed to secure the site. During the bridge period, planning permission for a rear extension was granted, adding value to the asset ahead of the refinance.
With planning in place, we then placed the exit onto a long-term BTL mortgage, moving the client off short-term finance and onto a product structured for the hold.
The refinance released capital for the client to deploy into their next acquisition, which we're also working on with them.
